Order Processing Time

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Most orders are fully trackable, though some low-cost shipping lines may have limited scanning events.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Our orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that for international orders, you, the customer, are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not collected by Everwave Jewels.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Everwave Jewels is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at your expense.
