We want you to love your Everwave pieces. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window
We have a **[30]**-day return policy, which means you have **[30]** days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. Additionally, personalized items and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at service@everwavejewelry.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please report any issues within **[7]** days of delivery and include photos/videos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are happy to offer a free replacement or a full refund for defective items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within **[5-10]** business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
